Halloween Fun

Halloween this year was fun, not to mention very successful. My office had a costume contest and I won with my impressive take on Smurfette. Do you remember the Smurfs? That was one of my very favorite cartoons growing up, but there are few little kids these days who even know who they are. Anyway, the prize was a $50.00 gift certificate to the restaurant of my choice (of course, I have to consult with Cameron on that one since he will be my date). And every person that dressed up received two movie tickets. All my preperation paid off (and it was FUN!).

Cameron is an AMAZING pumpkin carver and created some pretty awesome masterpieces this year. We are big fans of the TV show The Offfice, so he carved Dwight Schrute into a pumpkin. He also did all three members of the First Presidency. That one pretty much blew everyone away! He also carved some of our favorite characters from some hit movies of this year. The Hulk and the Joker. I'm pretty sure that we'll always have the coolest pumpkins on the block:)

Candy Apple Night

The two of us decided that it would be fun to make candy apples last night! Kinda messy, but very TASTY!

Weezer Concert

Cam and I have been waiting to go to this concert for months now and it finally came!! Cameron is a HUGE Weezer fan and would drop everything if he had the chance to go to their concert. It was well worth the wait! We had a BLAST! Our seats were about fifteen rows up on the right side of the stage, but just after the concert started we decided to head down and stand at the bottom of the stairs for the rest of the show. No one seemed to mind and it was such an amazing view of the stage so we were able to get some sweet pictures of Rivers Cuomo and rest of the band. They sounded great and they were so entertaining. We'll definately be going to their concert again the next time they are in town:)

Peach Days in Brigham City

On Saturday Sept. 6th Brigham City, UT had it's Peach Days festivities. Cameron's mom grew up there and a lot of family were in town so we decided to take a trip up there for the day. There was a parade in the morning and a carnival in the afternoon. We had a lot of fun hanging out and spending time with our family.

Cameron and I were married on May 10, 2008 in the Mesa, Arizona temple. It was a beautiful ceremony and a lovely reception. We were both so happy to be able to share the most important day of our lives with our family and friends!

We've arrived!

Well, looks like I've finally been convinced to set up a blog page! Who woulda' thunk?! I'll try my best to keep everyone updated on the "glamorous" life of Cameron and Summer:)
